A good monthly workout plan!?

I am 14 and a little overweight; not a whole lot, but i would really like to get in shape and stay fit and healthy. I am eagerly looking to find a workout plan or guide for one month that i could use over and over. I have a set of Kettle bells, with a workout DVD, but I am not sure how often i should be using the workouts on specific muscle groups. I also own an elliptical, and i am willing to run too. I really need help and would like to get started asap! The workouts on the DVD include: Man Maker(total body), leg burner, upper body blast, swing workout (upper legs, back and a little bit of abs), turkish get-ups(a little bit of everything), slingshot (not exactly sure what muscle group), and and the core workout(which can be done everyday). I am willing to try many things- i just want to be in shape for my sports like volleyball and track! Alsom any ideas on healthy foods good for working out would be appreciated! Thanks!!!

Don’t push yourself you have to lose weight slowly try working out only 30 min a day then slower progress up don’t proceed 2 hrs or you will hurt yourself i had this problem but can shop at stores i couldnt before and watch what you eat try eating healthier more fruits and veggies cut back on fattening foods try smaller portions and have a cheat day where you eat one sweet thing in moderation also do things you enjoy maybe it be dancing or workout with the tv something physical
