Ab Workouts for Beginners Questions

Ab Workouts 4 beginners? I find it slightly difficult to target my abs when doing crunches etc.?

I find it hard to target my abs as it is easy to use ones back, im quite fit and because im so skinny i have a “six pack” what exercises are best for beginners to tone etc. Also its more like a 5 and a half pack my upper right ab is somewhat smaller than my upper left, why? and how do i even it out lol??

V-ups are very good. they are kind of like sit ups. you lay on your back and lift your legs and your back at the same time. you go up and try to touch your toes but if you cant thats totally fine thats just what your reaching for. so when you lift your legs and back only your bottom is on the ground. it is a great work out for all of your abs.
