Ok Im mid twenties and haven’t got much going on up top if you know know what i mean:S so my thighs and lower stomach are the biggest part of me. Im not over weight really, like 5’4″ around 110 pounds, but i would love to tone up this body by summer time, Im eating healthier and doing cardio , but i have a hard time doing lower ab workouts, does anyone have any good ideas to target my mid section and how many reps and how many days a week should i do this? and when should i start seeing results( i understand i will take some time, but like a month, two , three?)
ever heard of planks? it’s hard to explain the exercise but I am sure you can look it up online. Other lower ab workouts are using your legs as your own resistance.
I am a trainer but I am not sure I am explaining through text what I am trying to convey.
I recommend you go to a gym and get a trainer, results in the mid section happen relatively quickly, about a month you can lose approx 5 inches and also in the process build muscle which will burn fat.
Crunches are still highly effective and if you had an elevated bench and a weighted ball I could give you some tips on some exercises that will do wonders for your abs and obliques.
But for optimum results you have to include cardio.
