i wanna lose 20 pounds by june. protein shakes for woman?
okay so i weigh around 146 pounds. i’m a female. 19. i’m 5″7.
i’m not really fat, i just have some extra weight i need gone.
BASICLY i want my stomach flat, hips slim, thighs toned and butt toned.
i want my hips/love handles to be gone.i need like an inch on each sides gone. when i flex i can feel my muscles are really tight/i can feel my abs, but i have like an inch and a half of fat covering it.
my butt has some cellulite when i squeez them. and the back of my legs are started to get it.
my inner thighs need to be toned and lose like 2 and a half inches off them.
i am a member of a gym, and i have yoga balls, some weights, workout dvds and stuff at home.
i eat under 1000 calories a day. i eat pretty healthy. help with figure out a excersize program and eating program.
I NEED SOME GOOD AB/HIP/LOVE HANDLE WORKOUTS

How long did it take you to get to your current shape? Probably more than two months, right? If that’s the case, then what in the world makes you think that you can dramatically change your shape in such a short amount of time?
The only way to lose 20 pounds of body fat in two months, especially in someone like you who is not very overweight, is to get liposuction. Starving yourself on a 1000-calorie diet is only going to slow down your metabolism and make weight loss harder than it has to be. I’d be willing to bet that most of your problems are in your mind, not your body. You should talk to a counselor about your body image, because it sounds very distorted.
