PRE-CONDITIONING FOR TRACK/FIELD THIS YEAR [BEGINNER SOPHMORE]?

ok i want to start getting into sports this year[sophmore year] i would of started last year but i want to be academically steady since i take all honors and Ap classes first…anyways i want to start preconditioning so dont look like .. a beginner basiclly, well and i wan too lose alot of weight. i have a tread mill in the guestroom an ab lounge.and.a shake weight [my mom bought them and uses them sometimes] im already converting in to a vegetarian so i have the healthy diet part down packed i just need a guide line to go by for running
i might also so cheer leading next year if i lose weight [the losing weight stuff is mainly for my happiness not for cheer-leading] and basket ball cheer leading and maybe cross country
so all the sports i want to do are
1. track/field
2. cheer leading/ basketball cheer leading
3. cross country
OH and i wear a D-cup so and advice on sports bras?
