Ab toning belt, would they work on me?
Hi,
I went and brought one of the slendertone belts a while back and never really properly used it because i never knew if i would get results.
Im fairly skinny so hopefully i wouldnt have to much fat. Would the belt build and tone my abs if i were to use it when on the computer if thats the only exercise i did but had a better diet?

Hi, my name is Damien, I am 22 and I was in the army corp. I have devised a workout plan and eating regime that will help you lose weight, tone up, and be alot healthier.
So, as I said I used to be in the Army, it was tough, so could you handle it?
I will give you a guaranteed routine to make you cry but give you great results.
Here Goes….
Week 1-
10 cross sit ups, 10 push ups, 10 chin bars, 20 squat thrusts, 15 star jumps, (do this 3 times daily for 1 week.
week 2-
Double the amount as the previous week.
week 3-
Triple the amount.
week 4-
100 sit ups, 40 clap press ups, 40 chin bars, 50 star jumps, 100 suicides, (continue this routine for as long as you want the results).
Now substitute elements- take L-Carnitine, this turns fat into muscle rapidly, 2 raw eggs mixed with milk will give you enough protein per session, take this substance 2 times daily, breakfast should be just plain pasta.
Eat plenty of bananas, as this helps with your metabolism.
Ok, also you want to aim to be jogging 1.5 miles in 15mins. Don’t sprint, take your time otherwise you can do muscle damage and use up your energy too fast.
